REMEMBER Morgan Spurlock? He was the guy who lived on a diet of McDonald's for the film Super Size Me and then made the memorable series 30 Days, which put regular people in situations that were the total opposite of their real life.

There was the out-of-shape guy who went through a series of anti-ageing treatments in an effort to look younger, the Christian who went to live as a Muslim and the straight man who built a temporary life in a homosexual area.

Spurlock even put himself in the series and with his fiancee Alexandra Jamieson the couple gave up their comfortable existence for 30 days and went to make a life that would reflect the experiences of those people living on the minimum wage.

Spurlock is back with the second season of 30 Days and this time he has given up his freedom to be locked in jail for a month to learn more about life behind bars.

...In next week's episode 30 Days will show an atheist living with a fundamentalist Christian family in Texas, before another instalment of the six-part series features a New Jersey working man looking for New Age peace.
