Bush and Congress have locked horns over Ws proposed cuts in Medicaid to the already most disparate segments of society.
People bitch about folks on the dole, getting food stamps and other assistance as getting a free ride.
So I say fuck it and scrap it all if it's going to make people happy knowing that they're tax dollars aren't "subsidising" lay-abouts and cretans. While we're at it let's quit being fucking hypocritical and cut USAID altogether as well. Shit, if people are so god-damn worried about helping their fellow human beings then don't give to fucking charity either!
Sounds stupid and childish right?
So what's this entitlement wrangling all about? It sure the fuck isn't about people being heartless (well, heartless politicians). It's about politics. It's a decades old battle being fought over FDRs corpse. It's about greed. It's about the wealthiest, greediest people in the world (who aren't dedicated philanthropists) who could give a rats ass about the peons in the world. After all if there aren't peons then there isn't likely to be uber-wealthy people either.
